Who we are

What we collect
- Account details — name, email, and optional phone when you create an account or update your profile.
- Order and quote info — styles, sizes, quantities, artwork files you upload, notes, preferred appointment times, and coupon codes you share with us.
- Contact info — whatever you send through our contact, cart request, or quote forms so we can reply.
- Security and abuse signals — when someone hits known attack patterns (for example probing hidden admin paths or hostile uploads), we may log IP address, user agent, route, and a short timestamp so we can investigate abuse and protect the shop. That logging is for security, not advertising.
- Essential cookies and local storage — only what the site needs to stay signed in, remember your cart, keep basic preferences, and (when needed) show a short security warning after an attack is detected. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to answer questions, prepare proofs and quotes, complete orders, arrange payment, protect accounts and forms from automated abuse, and — only if you opt in — send occasional shop updates. We do not use your information for third-party advertising networks.
Processors we rely on
We do not sell personal information. To operate the shop we use trusted service categories that only receive what they need for their job:
- Hosting — serves the website (including edge firewall and rate controls where configured)
- Database and authentication — stores accounts, orders, and related records securely
- Payments — processes card payments when you pay online
- Email delivery — sends transactional messages (order updates, password resets) and optional shop updates when you opt in; security alerts go to our shop inbox
- Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile may run an invisible check on public forms (contact, subscribe, sign-in, sign-up, password reset, and business portal unlock) to reduce automated abuse. Cloudflare receives the challenge response and limited request metadata needed to score the check — not your order artwork or payment card details
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete account and contact information we hold. For deletion or privacy questions, email info@texasapparelandmore.com or call (832) 801-3516. We will respond from our Houston shop. Security logs tied to attack investigations may be kept for a limited time as needed to protect the service.
Technology
Portions of our site content and tooling are built with AI assistance. All orders, proofs, pricing, and customer communication are reviewed and confirmed by real people at our Houston shop.
Governing law
These privacy practices are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
