Orders and proofs
A request on the website is the start of a conversation. We confirm sizing, decoration, timing, and price with you before production. Custom-decorated jobs move forward after you approve the proof. If something in the proof looks off, tell us before you approve — that is the moment to catch it.
Sample meetings
Sample meetings are available for orders of 24 pieces or more, by request. You can ask us to bring samples to you or visit the shop. Preferred dates are requests only — the shop confirms the date before the meeting is set. Submitting a preferred date does not book a slot.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before proof approval (statuses Received and Proof sent) from your order status link or Account → Order history. After you approve a proof, use “Request cancellation” on that same page — we will do what we can depending on whether blanks are already ordered or printing has started. Eran will call you at (832) 801-3516 to sort it out. Custom decorated goods already produced remain final sale (see Returns).
Custom-decorated items
Once we print or embroider to an approved proof, that piece is made for you. Custom-decorated items are final sale except for defects or our error. See Returns for the 14-day reporting window, our decoration guarantee (50 washes or 210 days), and reprint-or-refund remedies.
Blank apparel
Undecorated blanks that are unused and unworn may be returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery, in original condition with tags where applicable. The customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Payment
We accept payment through Square (card), cash, or check, as arranged with the shop. Orders are confirmed via proof approval before production. Submitting a cart request or quote form does not charge your card — payment follows once totals are confirmed (often via a secure Square payment link).
Delivery
Shipping, local delivery, and pickup are available. On the cart you can choose a preferred speed (Standard, Rush, Super Rush, or Houston pickup). Typical ground transit for blanks is usually 1–2 business days once goods ship. Cart options show typical timing; exact shipping cost is confirmed with your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for disputes is in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
